ALUCOPANEL A1 Non-Combustible ACP

The non-combustible, A1-classified aluminium composite panel for UAE high-rise and high-risk facades, mineral core, Civil Defence approved, made in the Emirates.

ALUCOPANEL A1: the non-combustible aluminium composite panel

ALUCOPANEL A1 is our highest fire-classification aluminium composite panel, built with a near-fully mineral-filled core that achieves Euroclass A1 to EN 13501-1, the top non-combustible rating recognised by UAE Civil Defence for high-rise and high-risk facades.

Manufactured in the Emirates, every A1 sheet bonds two 0.50 mm aluminium skins to a non-combustible mineral core, then finishes with a coil coating for 25-year colour stability under the Gulf sun. It is the grade specified when the building code, the insurer, or the fire engineer demands genuine non-combustibility, not just a fire-retardant core.

Frequently asked questions

Is ALUCOPANEL A1 non-combustible?

Yes. A1 carries a Euroclass A1 reaction-to-fire classification to EN 13501-1, the highest non-combustible rating, achieved with a near-fully mineral core rather than a fire-retardant polyethylene blend.

Where is A1 ACP required in the UAE?

UAE Civil Defence generally requires the highest fire classes on high-rise facades and high-risk buildings such as hospitals. Always confirm the exact requirement with your fire engineer against the current UAE Fire & Life Safety Code.

What is the difference between A1 and A2 ACP?

A1 is fully non-combustible; A2 is limited-combustibility with a very small organic content. Both are widely accepted in the UAE, but A1 is the top classification where codes or insurers demand it.

Can I get A1 panels in custom colours?

Yes. A1 is coil-coated and available across our standard and custom colour and finish range, including metallic and solid tones.
