ACP Sheet Sizes and Specifications
An ACP sheet is the flat factory format of an aluminium composite panel: two aluminium skins bonded to a core, supplied ready for routing, folding and installation. These are the formats UAE projects order most:

4mm or 3mm: Which Sheet Does Your Project Need?
4mm sheets are the UAE facade standard: stiffer panels, deeper routing grooves and better flatness over large cassette sizes. Most consultant specifications for external cladding call for 4mm with 0.50mm skins.
3mm sheets dominate signage, shopfronts and interior cladding: lighter, easier to fabricate and more economical per square metre.
Both are produced in the same grades and finishes, so the choice is structural and economic, not aesthetic.
