Ask five suppliers for an ACP sheet price in the UAE and you will get five different numbers. That is not because someone is cheating you. It is because "ACP sheet" covers everything from a thin signage panel to a certified non-combustible facade panel, and the two are completely different products. This guide explains what moves the price, so you can read a quotation and know exactly what sits behind the number.
The core is the biggest single factor. A standard polyethylene core is the cheapest. A fire retardant (FR) core costs more because the mineral filler is more expensive to produce. A2 and A1 non-combustible cores sit at the top, and on most UAE facade projects they are not optional, because Civil Defence rules decide the grade for you.
Skin thickness is where cheap quotes hide. A facade panel should carry 0.5 mm aluminium skins. Some traders quote 4 mm sheets with 0.25 mm or even 0.15 mm skins. The sheet looks identical in a photo and costs far less, but it dents easily and has no business on a building. Always compare skins, not just total thickness.
The coating matters more in the Gulf than almost anywhere else. A high performance coil coating system that holds its colour through UAE summers costs more than a basic polyester finish. Metallic, sparkle, wood and stone effect finishes add a margin over plain solids.
Order size and cutting round it out. Full pallets of standard sizes are cheaper per sheet than small mixed orders, and custom lengths or colour matching carry a setup cost.

Then ask every supplier to confirm the same five in writing. The moment you do this, most "cheap" quotes quietly become the same price as everyone else, or they disappear.
